Computer malfunctions can occur at any time and they can be devastating to productivity and your data. Maverick Computer Corp provides services to provide peace of mind as well as emergency interventions to get you back on your feet quickly. Most services are performed onsite, systesm requiring "bench" work will evaluated and collected by onsite service personnel.
Onsite Service
Onsite service is Maverick Computer Corp's main specialty, most services will be performed on-site by Maverick's fleet of roving service vans. The fleet has the equipment and supplies to provide most services on site.
Onsite service is available by appointment by calling our office at 631-728-7516, or by using the contact page. Currently, appointments need to be made one week in advance. 12-hour Emergency Service is available with a $20 surcharge.
Onsite services are available in the eastern segment of Suffolk County, New York. Service is is avaliable to the residents of the following townships: Southampton, Riverhead, Southold, Easthampton, Brookhaven. Please contact our office to verify your address.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
Contracts are available for monthly or annual preventative maintenance, contact a representative for a free evaluation of your systems to help you determine your best maintenance regiment. Preventative maintenance contracts cover cleaning, software updates, a backup, and a thorough backup.
Comprehensive Service Contracts
Service contracts are available to cover tasks related to systems administration, server administration, preventative maintenance. Comprehensive contracts are available in increments of 5 hours, and include benefits of a waived emergency service surcharge as well as the peace of mind with regimented backups and user administratrion. This level of service is highly recommended for mission-critical applications.
